He specializes in partnering with leadership teams to modernize service businesses through applied AI, automation, and scalable operating systems—improving customer experience, accelerating growth, and expanding operating margins.
He co-founded Gratafy (acquired by Inmar Intelligence), a platform utilized by global alcohol-beverage companies to digitize and distribute promotions across major consumer channels. He previously founded Cynnex Networks (acquired by DPE Systems, now FusionTek), a Cisco-focused managed services provider (MSP).
Ryan holds multiple patents, serves on advisory boards, and earned a degree from the University of Washington Foster School of Business.
